 Please submit offers on the subject above as detailed in the attached file, taking into consideration the following:

-   Interested service provides financial offer and the technical offer should be submitted in separate documents otherwise the offer will be not be considered. (cost in Euro) including samples of similar assignments undertaken to demonstrate evidence of previous production of documentary/ promotional videos.

-      At least two previous clients with contact details as references.

-      The service provider profile including general information, domain of work, past experience, available equipment and assets for media production.

-      CVs for the staff who will be involved in the assignment implementation.

-      Sign and Stamp this TOR (all pages mainly the BOQ in the last page) and annexed to the proposal.

-      Prices are quoted in EURO and Zero VAT.

-      The deadline for the offer is 14 June 2021 at 12 noon, and should be submitted at the office of Vice President for Finance, Located at the Administration Building, Second Floor, Office #315, Birzeit University. Or by Mail [email protected]

The project team will conduct a Q&A meeting for interested candidates on Monday June 07, 2021 at Birzeit University, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Room 515. From 10:00 AM - 12:00 AM to answer any questions or inquiries.
