1.      Time of delivery.

2.      Abidance to specifications and quantity.

3.       The university is not obligated to accept the lowest prices, without giving any reasons or justifications.

4.      A valid performance bank guarantee amounting 10% of the amount won in the tender should be submitted to BZU on the date of signing the contract, and to take in consideration that it should be valid for 60 days after the delivery date mentioned in your offer. 

5.      The offer should be valid for at least 90 days.

8.      Prices are quoted in $ Including VAT.

10.  Any offer that does not comply with above conditions will not be taken into consideration.
